Delete your MotoCore account

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This page explains how a user of MotoCore Bike (the MotoCore mobile app for Android, iPhone and iPad, and bike.motocoreerp.com), provided by Code One Nepal Pvt. Ltd., can request that their account and associated personal data be deleted.

How to request deletion

  • Email motocoreerp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
  • Include your Company Code, your username and your full name, and send it from the email address or with the phone number your company has on record for you, so we can confirm the request is yours. Never send your password.
  • We confirm the request with you, and with your company's Owner because your account belongs to your company, then delete or anonymise your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

You can also ask your company's Owner to deactivate your account at any time from Settings > Users; that signs you out of every device immediately. Deactivation alone does not delete your data, so also send the email above if you want it deleted.

What is deleted

  • Your user account: your name, email address and phone number are erased, your username is replaced with an anonymous label, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash) is removed so the account can never sign in again.
  • Your sessions and the push-notification tokens of your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Business records you created for your company, such as bookings, receipts, sales and refunds, belong to the company and stay in its account, because the company needs them for its accounts and tax obligations. They are kept while the company's account is active and for up to 90 days after it ends, unless the law requires them to be kept longer.
  • Security and audit logs, which record who did what in the account and cannot be edited: normally up to 2 years.
  • Backups: overwritten on a rolling basis; deleted data disappears from backups as they are replaced.

If you are a customer of a dealership

If a dealership that uses MotoCore holds your details as its customer, please ask that dealership first; it decides how its customer records are kept. You can also email motocoreerp@gmail.com and we will pass your request to the dealership. See our Privacy Policy for more.
